Dr. Trevor York, M.D. of Greater Washington Metropolitan Psychiatry treats children and adults suffering from mental illness. Dr. York is board certified in psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. York earned his medical degree, with research honors, from Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, State University of New York at Buffalo, completed psychiatry residency at Albany Medical Center, and completed fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Children’s National Hospital affiliated with George Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. York treats a wide variety of mental illnesses including depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, and ADHD.
